All countries of the world focus their attention on this sector; therefore, the Department of Managerial and Financial Sciences aims to prepare specialized academic cadres, who are competent and leading in the fields of accounting, finance and business administration. It aims also to provide the local and regional job markets with qualified graduates who will contribute to developing and supporting the public and private institutions.

The department also coordinates with public and private institutions and companies to train students in different institutions during their study period in order to engage them in the job market. This enables them to identify with the job market and its environment. It also enables them to apply theoretical studies in a real workplace.
