Terms of Reference

  1. Preparing the college’s annual budget project in coordination with the budget committee.
  2. Receipting the funds, including study fees and subsidies.
  3. Preparing exchange vouchers and verifying that all expenses are in accordance with the issued regulations. Also providing the necessary allocations for it in the college budget.
  4. Preparing payroll vouchers, verifying that they are in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations and taking necessary actions to spend it on the time Provided that the necessary allocations are available in the college budget.
  5. Preparing daily registration bonds to record salaries, expenses and cancel cheque.
  6. Preparing bank deposit bonds.
  7. Issuing of orders of payment and checks in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Saving the necessary financial records.
  9. Matching bank accounts with statements received from banks monthly.
  10. Supervise the college property and saving its records.
  11. Issue monthly, quarterly and annual accounts.
  12. Coordination with both the external and internal auditors of the college.
  13. Doing any other relevant matters assigned to him by the Dean or his assistant.
