Rules & Regulations

  • All students should show their ID card when using the library.
  • All references, dictionaries, encyclopedias and CDs, are not allowed to be borrowed, and can only be used inside the library.
  • Students are required to show appropriate behavior in all parts of the library.
  • Silence must be observed in the library. The use of mobile phones in the library is prohibited. Phones should either be switched off or set to silent ring mode. Students failing to comply with this requirement or who behave inappropriately in the library will be asked to leave the library immediately.
  • All kinds of food and drink are not allowed in the library.
  • Do not use personal audio equipment in the library, photography is also not allowed, video and sound recordings are not allowed without obtaining prior permission from the officials of the library.
  • Internet use is only for the purposes of study.
  • Students are not allowed to borrow more than 3 books at one time for 10 days. Renewal is possible for an additional period of 10 days.
  • A fine of 100 Baiza per day is imposed on books returned after the allowed period.
  • A student is responsible for borrowed material and is responsible for its return on time.
  • In the event of loss of book a student must pay the price of the book plus 10% of its value.
  • The library will not accept a damaged book and the student will be required to compensate for a similar book.
  • Writing is strictly forbidden in books, periodicals, newspapers, or on the furniture of the library.
